First, the very common text messaging my warm market – meaning my friends. Of course, since I have almost 1,000 people listed in phonebook I can text them all about the details from the property. Although, this marketing strategy is close to being a spam, since it does not have the dynamics of permission marketing but it is also effective since my friends already trust me and what I have to offer.
